donc pour un cadre non these on a : coef 450; 35h/sem ; point 4.05; charge patronale 22%

4.5x4.05=18.225 brut par heure
18.225x35x4.333= 2762 brut par mois
2762x12= 33144 brut par ans
33144x1.22=40436 euro par ans

et l'on change pour le cadre these avec: coef 500; 35h/sem; point 4.05; charge patronale 25%
