Donc si je résume, j'achète une pharma moyenne cela donne à la louche....

Apport : 300k€
Achat fond : 1500k€
EBE : 165k€
Rbrst (1000k€ à 3% an,12 an) : 100k€
Dont Interets : 40k€
Assiette fiscale : 165-60=105k€
IR (1 part) 25k€
Revenu apres IR : 42-25 =17k€

...soit 1400€ par mois???
