salut elbragard
nouvelle proposition
pret a taux variable(je prends ma respiration)
taux fixé sur l euribor 3 mois
demarrage à 2,7 "capé" à 3,7
premiere fois que l on me propose un taux variable
ayant deja 3,7 en taux fixe cela me semble plus raisonnable
