Je partage le point de vue, ce n'est pas essentiel.
Une formation courte, pourquoi pas ; un DU, aucun intérêt selon moi.
Il faut investir ce temps à bien s'entourer (notamment un bon expert comptable qui étudiera en amont les dossiers qui sortent du lot).
