Le FPGEE est valable 5 ans. Pour obtenir le FPGEC, c'est-à dire la certification, c'est-à-dire FPGEE + Toefl, il faut un Toefl de moins de 2 ans.
On dispose donc de 5 ans après obtention du FPGEE pour aller jusqu'à la license d'exercice. Voici ce qui est demandé par l'Etat de New York pour avoir une license de pharmacien. Les étapes sont à valider dans l'ordre donné.
1. Pass FPGEC and obtain certification (this certificate also !include!s passing the tests of TOEFL & TSE) Information regarding this exam can be obtained from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) at www.nabp.net
2. Complete Form 1 and submit with appropriate fee.
3. Obtain approval of your education from this Department (Form 2)
4. Pass NAPLEX
5. Complete application for Intern Permit (Form 5)
6. Complete one year (2,080 hours) of internship
7. Pass Part II (MPJE) and Part III (compounding) exams
8. U.S. citizenship or alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence is required for licensure.

Le point 8 mentionne le statut de résident. Mais en fait, c'est dès le NAPLEX, comme expliqué dans mes messages précédents, que des pièces d'identité américaines sont requises.
