en affinant et après corrections:

Dont Intérêts : 30k€ (et non 40k)
Assiette fiscale : 165-30 (et non 60) =135k€
IR (1 part) 36k€ (site impot gouv)
Revenu après IR : 42-36 =6k€

...soit 600€ par mois???????????
